A leading health system is seeking a motivated individual for a food service role. Responsibilities include preparing cold food, serving meals, and managing catering functions. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in food service, along with strong customer service abilities.
POSITION SUMMARY:
To prepare cold food, serve meals to customers in the employee cafeteria, and perform other duties related to Food and Nutrition activities. Responsible for catering functions, including set-up, delivery, and pick-up of catering orders.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE:
Six months to one year of experience handling cash in a fast food environment.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Knowledge of computer register systems. Courteous and diplomatic when dealing with hospital employees and physicians.
