Responsibilities

• Load food and supplies onto delivery truck.
• Deliver internal mail within the district.
• Organize food and supplies on carts.
• Use First In, First Out method for stock rotation.
• Assist cafeteria staff with heavy items during lunch.
• Clean spills promptly and maintain tidy storerooms and kitchens.
• Return stock to designated areas and rotate items to minimize waste.
• Secure refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms when not in use.
• Deliver daily meals and retrieve pots, pans, and items from previous days.
• Stage carts for next day’s deliveries.
• Empty trash and manage garbage as needed.
• Put away all food items after lunch periods end.
• Keep self and uniform neat and clean.
• Perform duties as directed by the Food Service Director/Head Cook.
