Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions seeks a friendly Café Associate to join our Dining Services team. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent food service experience), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will work Mon–Fri with variable shifts; benefits include a 401(k), medical/dental/vision insurance, voluntary FSA, life and disability coverage,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or prior food service experience.
• Must pass drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and be able to lift, bend, stoop, and reach.
• Ability to work throughout the shift and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting with orders.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standards.
• Accurately handle cash, credit, and electronic transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining and kitchen area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
• Support the café’s success by assisting teammates and contributing to a positive work environment.
