Job summary

Rutherford County Schools is seeking a Cafeteria Monitor for a 4 hours shift to support student meals and safety in the cafeteria. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow directions from supervisors.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work both independently and as part of a team. A flexible schedule and health/background screening are required.
