Job summary

City Home is seeking a Café and Wine Bar Associate (part time) at our Boca Raton showroom to prepare and serve a range of coffee, baked goods, and alcoholic beverages. You will also operate the cash register and assist during events like Wine & Design and showroom openings, contributing to the CITY Café’s success.

The role requires 1–3 years of food service, availability for nights and weekends, and a 21+ age requirement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ServSafe certification are pluses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of food service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
• ServSafe Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize café sales by being readily available, providing world-class service, suggestive selling, and upselling.
• Obtain pre-determined Sales Goal expectations on a monthly basis.
• Prospect and find new ways to increase business.
