Panera Bread in Haymarket, VA is opening a new cafe and seeks a Restaurant Team Member to welcome guests, prepare items, and keep the bakery-cafe running smoothly.

The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($12.77–$17.00/hour), free on-shift meals, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match. Training provided for food safety and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Clear communication in a loud environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to evenings, weekends, holidays
• Food safety training preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Work in areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion or QC.
• Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
