Job summary

La La Land Cafe is seeking energetic Team Members to join our Addison, TX location. You will prepare espresso-based drinks, greet customers, handle payments, restock, and keep the cafe spotless while delivering friendly, connection-driven service.

Requirements include a positive attitude, prior barista or customer service experience, knowledge of sanitation rules, basic math, and flexibility to work various shifts including holidays and weekends. A food handler certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is typical; food handler certification is a plus.
• Experience as a barista or in customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation and serving, focusing on espresso-based drinks and teas.
• Greet customers, provide outstanding service, and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and dining areas throughout shifts.
• Restock supplies and assist with food preparation and service as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and support team during peak hours.
