Job summary

La La Land Cafe in San Antonio, TX is seeking a friendly Team Member to help deliver exceptional service and warm hospitality. You will prepare beverages, assist with food prep, and maintain a clean, welcoming space for guests.

Experience as a barista or in customer service is helpful. A positive attitude, strong communication, and ability to work flexible shifts are essential. Health/safety training and basic math skills are valued; dental, vision, and holidays are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Barista or customer service experience a plus.
• Positive attitude and genuine care for guests.
• Able to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Food handler certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation and service to guests.
• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Craft espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
• Receive and process payments via credit card.
• Assist with food preparation and serve light items.
• Restock ingredients and maintain store hygiene.
• Support baristas and kitchen staff during peak hours.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling.
