Responsibilities include food preparation, production planning, safety compliance, inventory control, and usage of handheld devices to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and train teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Safety Certification is preferred
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise, collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates associates on tools, tasks and resources, communicates effectively with team members, and accommodates business needs across areas.
• Be an Expert: prepares food according to item specifications, plans for future and seasonal productions, adheres to food safety and sanitation standards, manages inventory and equipment, and ensures product layout accuracy.
• Be a Techie: uses handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, makes immediate business decisions on production, ordering, and training while encouraging others to use tools.
• Be an Owner: drives area performance, stocks and rotates merchandise, ensures quality and date control, reduces waste, assists members with purchases and payment types, locates merchandise, and resolves issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: acts as a brand advocate, mentors others, and promotes respectful, team-oriented work culture.
• Complies with policies and ethics, uses Open Door Policy, follows business processes and adapts to change and feedback.
• Completes tasks by coordinating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; communicates progress and improvement opportunities; aligns with deadlines and expectations.
