Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. in Reno is hiring for a Walmart Sam's Club associate who will maintain up-to-date knowledge of prepared food merchandise, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist members with purchasing decisions.

You will prepare food to item specs, plan for seasonality, maintain sanitation and food safety standards, operate and clean equipment, and use handheld devices to support sales and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Safety Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of product specs and educate associates.
• Prepare food to item specifications and support production planning.
• Leverage handheld technology to drive sales and service members.
• Stock, rotate, and assure date control while reducing waste.
