Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if selected for the position.
• Food Safety Certification preferred.
• Food Service Food Handler Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications; educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team; adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: prepares food per item specifications; plans for future and seasonal production; ensures food safety, sanitation, and inventory control; operates and sanitizes equipment.
• Be a Techie: uses handheld devices to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and train others on new tools.
• Be an Owner: stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; reduces waste; assists customers with purchases and issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: acts as brand advocate; inspires others to work respectfully and in a team-oriented style.
