7 Leaves Café is hiring a Team Member in Tustin, CA to deliver an exceptional customer experience and prepare consistent, high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role starts with 10-15 hours per week, with potential for more based on performance.

You will handle cash transactions, follow recipes precisely, and maintain a clean store. Availability on one weekend day is required; lifts of up to 45 lbs may be needed, and a collaborative spirit is essential.

Qualifications

• Regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
• Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively to meet store needs.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude.
• Proficiency in basic math.
• Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
• Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Capacity to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management.
• Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals.

Responsibilities
