Job summary

Panera Bread is now hiring Restaurant Team Members in Cleveland. We are seeking awesome people to cover shifts: Bakery Opener 5:00AM-1:00PM, Daytime 7:00AM-4:00PM, Closers 4:00PM-10:00PM.

Days and times can be flexible and discussed during the interview. As a Team Member, you will meet and greet guests, deliver excellent service, support the team, and learn roles such as cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work & learn in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work 15-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet guests, delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance.
• Help build Panera's culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, & Trust.
• Step in & support your manager and team.
• Learn different positions such as cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness.
• Be the friendly face of Panera, taking orders and ensuring a great guest experience.
• Ensure orders are prepared quickly, correctly, and consistently.
• Commit to health & food safety.
