You will engage with customers and teammates to deliver quality smoothies and fresh food in a fast-paced café environment.

Team Members perform food prep, assemble orders, and maintain cleanliness while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers and team using our core values.
• Deliver hospitality and maintain café standards.
• Food and smoothie preparation duties.
• Operate the register and handle cash accurately.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies.
• Flexible start times from 5:00 AM to midnight per café hours.

Responsabilités

• Interacts with Team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values.
• Delivers Unparalleled Hospitality to each customer that visits our cafe.
• Prepares ingredients for our food and smoothies.
• Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies to Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards.
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and cafe areas.
• Operates the register, takes customer orders, and handles cash accurately.
