DYNE Hospitality Group, owner of Tropical Smoothie Café in Carrollton, TX, is hiring cheerful Team Members to join our cafe. You’ll help prepare ingredients, assemble smoothies, take orders, and provide hospitality in line with our four core values: Invest In People, Understand Why, Make Smart Decisions, Make It Happen.

We offer flexible hours starting as early as 5:00 AM or up to midnight, competitive wages, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Flexible work hours to accommodate café hours.
• Ability to interact with customers, team members, and vendors in a friendly manner.

Responsabilités

• Interacts with Team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values.
• Delivers “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer that visits our cafe´.
• Prepares ingredients for our food and smoothies.
• Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe´’s standards.
• Uses our sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe.
• Follows the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe´.
