Job summary

7 Leaves Cafe is recruiting a Team Member for our El Monte, CA location to deliver a warm, friendly customer experience and craft consistent beverages. This on-site role focuses on accurate transactions, product quality, and a welcoming store environment.

The position starts at 10–15 hours per week with potential for more hours based on performance. Ideal candidates are collaborative, quick learners, and punctual, thriving in a team-driven setting with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
• Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively to meet store needs.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude.
• Proficiency in basic math skills.
• Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
• Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and community with empathy to understand their needs.
• Ensure accurate processing of cash and card transactions.
