7 Leaves Café is hiring a Team Member to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean store environment. This role involves preparing high-quality beverages, adhering to safety policies, and effectively communicating with customers.

The position offers a flexible schedule starting at 10-15 hours a week, with potential for more based on performance. Successful candidates will be team-oriented, self-motivated, and possess good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
• Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude.
• Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Capacity to learn quickly and carry out instructions.
