Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking Restaurant Team Members to deliver excellent customer service inside the Sbarro travel center at Atkins. You will greet guests, take orders, and prepare items, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

This role emphasizes cleanliness, safety, cash handling, and teamwork, with adherence to Miss J’s Café standards and ongoing training to support smooth cafe operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced café environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and payments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to follow safety and food handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders, accurately enter them into the system, and ensure customer needs are met.
• Assist customers in selecting menu items, offering suggestions, and answering questions about the menu.
• Ensure customers receive their orders promptly and with the highest quality of service.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalation issues to management if needed.
