Job summary

Miss J's Café and Sbarro inside our travel center in Savanna, OK are hiring a Team Member. You will help with customer service, food prep, and maintaining cleanliness while delivering high-quality experiences to guests.

This role involves greeting customers, taking orders, handling cash, stocking supplies, and supporting opening and closing duties. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and teamwork, apply today during walk-in interviews between 11am and 4pm.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, with a positive, friendly, and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders, accurately enter them into the system, and ensure customer needs are met.
• Assist customers in selecting menu items, offering suggestions, and answering questions about the menu.
• Ensure customers receive their orders promptly and with the highest quality of service.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and elevate issues to management if needed.
• Prepare food and beverages according to Miss J’s Café standards, including sandwiches, salads, soups, and other menu items.
• Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, ovens, blenders, and toasters, safely and efficiently.
