Qualifications

• Minimum of six months to one year of prior food and beverage experience.
• ServSafe or similar food handling certification required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the SHIFT responsibilities of the Urban Air Café.
• Train Café Team in preparing the full menu and drinks.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of Café and storage areas.
