This hands-on role involves cooking, preparing, and serving food while maintaining high standards. Qualifications

• Minimum six months to one year of prior food and beverage experience.
• Current ServSafe or similar food handling certification is required within 30 days of employment.
• One year of leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee SHIFT responsibilities of the Urban Air Café.
• Manage the Café Team and maintain standards.
• Train Café Team in food preparation and service.
• Handle guest concerns in absence of the Café Manager.
