Qualifications

• Minimum six months to one year of prior food and beverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SHIFT responsibilities of the Urban Air Café.
• Manage the Café Team and maintain standards.
• Train Café Team in food preparation and service.
• Handle guest concerns in absence of the Café Manager.
