The position requires 1–2 years of coffee shop service with supervisory experience. Schedule is full-time, 7:30AM–5:00PM, Monday–Friday, with an overall focus on training, scheduling, and maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of coffee shop service preferred and supervisory experience required.
• Ability to train and schedule staff.
• Experience evaluating performance and disciplining employees.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and reward or discipline as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity, and safety goals.
• Serve as point of contact for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
