Job summary

Compass Group USA in Fayetteville, AR is hiring for a Full Time Barista Supervisor. The role directs associates during a shift, ensures duties are completed, and maintains policy adherence. A 7:30AM-5:00PM schedule with Monday–Friday availability is typical, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, performance evaluation, reporting, and mentoring staff, with a focus on quality, productivity and safety in a coffee shop setting.
