Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Cafe Supervisor to join our 46 Below Cafe team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

$18.00 - $18.00 / hour

What will you do?
  • Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • Manage labor and profit loss
  • Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
  • Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
  • Assists the management team with scheduling the team members for the cafe
  • Enforces and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
More about you
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in food and beverage or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-of-house restaurant or foodservice position required
  • Experience processing card payments using computerized point-of-sale system required
  • Ability to obtain a Village of Ashwaubenon alcohol operator's license within 60 days of hire date
  • Possess basic knowledge of bar operations and basic math skills
Physical requirements
  • Ability to remain on feet for entire length of shift, constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
  • Ability to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare bills
  • Majority of time spent alternating between indoor, climate-controlled environment of café and outside environments, depending on the season
