Job summary

The Post Oak is seeking a Cafe Supervisor to lead our guest service team in a fast-paced on-site cafe in Tukwila, Washington. You will greet guests, take orders, supervise staff, and ensure cleanliness while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years supervisory hospitality experience, 18+ for alcohol service, and food handling permits. Enjoy flexible schedules and growth opportunities with Landry’s.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks professionally.

• Assist with FOH cafe scheduling and pre-service meetings.
• Operate cafe equipment, handle cash and POS, help opening/closing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks in a polite and professional manner
• Assigns all job duties to service staff including cleaning tasks as required
• Monitors and maintains all cafe areas to be clean and hazard free at all times
• Maintains constant interaction with all guests to ensure satisfaction
• Assist with FOH café schedules
• Assist with pre-service meetings for team members
• Operate various café equipment, handle cash and point-of-sale systems, and assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

• Have a high school education or equivalent combination of education and experience; Associates Degree preferred
• Have 2 + years of supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
• Are 18 years of age (required for service of alcohol)
• Must have appropriate Food Handler's and MAST permits
