As a Uniqlo Cafe Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene, and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Pay Range:

$22-$24/hour

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the cafe.
• Manage and train staff to uphold Uniqlo Coffee’s service standards.
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Implement and enforce cafe policies and procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Support the Cafe Manager in scheduling staff shifts.
• Lead regular staff meetings and training sessions.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Address any operational issues promptly.
• Support the Cafe Manager in achieving business goals.
• Foster and develop strong customer relationships.
• Manage the cafe’s financial performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cafe Supervisor or similar role (1 year required).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Proficiency in using cafe software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Financial management and reporting skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Day shift / Night shift

Experience Required:

• Cafe Supervisor or Shift Leader: 1 year (Required)
• Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)
• Barista experience: 1 year (Required)
