Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handcrafted coffee and espresso beverages per standard recipes.
• Provide friendly, helpful guest service to create a welcoming coffeehouse experience.
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and recommend products to boost sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe coffeehouse and work area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
• Operate POS systems and cash handling accurately.
• Stock and rotate products using FIFO to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Monitor inventory and report low or out-of-stock items to leadership.
• Stay informed on promotions and seasonal beverages.
• Collaborate with team to support store performance and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and prep during slower periods.
• Support loss prevention efforts and follow company policies.
• Participate in trainings and ongoing learning opportunities.
• Remain productive and support store readiness at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
