Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others
• Ability to prepare and coach beverage/food prep
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and safe store operations
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members during shifts
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality as part of store standards
