The Café Shift Leader is responsible for supervising and supporting daily operations at King Arthur Baking Company’s flagship destination in Norwich, Vermont. The Café Shift Leader reports to Café Front of House Manager and is integral to providing outstanding customer experience, efficient operations processes, and a positive work environment.

$19.64 to $22.14 per hour worked; commensurate with experience.
40 hours per week with weekend availability required.
