We are seeking a Cafe Shift Leader to provide leadership and deliver a remarkable experience for our customers and co-workers, aligning with Colectivo Coffee's Mission and Values. This role reports to the Caf Manager and is full-time.

Position Summary

The Cafe Shift Leader will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve positive financial results according to budget.
• Develop a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, adhering to SOPs and processes.
• Train and develop co-workers to enhance their performance.
• Delegate responsibilities using the Caf Functional Architecture Model to ensure high-quality coffee, food, and administrative functions.
• Create an inviting and energetic atmosphere for customers and co-workers.
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• College degree in a business-related field and/or at least 6 months of experience in hospitality or a supervisory role.
• Proficient in POS systems and computer programs.
• Basic math skills for business use.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Completion of Colectivo Caf training programs: Register, SB, 300 level bar certification, New Hire Orientation.

Compensation

Starting at $14.63 plus tips.
