Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain knowledge of product specs, educate associates, collaborate cross-functionally, adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: prepare food to specs, plan for seasonal production, ensure food safety, sanitation, cold chain, inventory and equipment upkeep.
• Be a Techie: use digital tools and handheld devices to drive sales, manage production, ordering, and training.
• Be an Owner: drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, assist members with purchases and issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: act as a brand advocate, train and inspire others, promote respectful teamwork.
• Comply with policies, complete tasks using data and resources, adapt to change and feedback.
