Responsibilities

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications for prepared foods and educates associates.
• Prepares food per item specs and plans for seasonality while following safety, sanitation and inventory controls.
• Uses handheld tech to support production, ordering, receiving club pick-up, and product quality.
• Stocks, rotates and ensures date quality, handles member service and issue resolution.
• Acts as a brand ambassador and supports training across teams.
