Job summary

Wild Thyme Cafe in Land O' Lakes is seeking a Cafe Server to provide exceptional customer service, prepare and serve beverages, and assist with leadership duties. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar setting, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar facility (preferred).
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote positive guest experience.
• Prepare and serve both non-alcohol and alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
