An innovative company is seeking a Regional Training Manager to lead training efforts in specialty coffee and hospitality. Position Title: CAFE REGIONAL TRAINING MANAGER - REMOTE (MIDWEST)
Pay Grade: 12
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 /year

This role is for leaders who specialize in teaching and training associates on executing third wave coffee, food, and hospitality. They will be regionally based to support in person and virtual training for the Cafes in their region to ensure all standards are maintained. This has 25% remote work and 75% travel and in person. Their focus will be to ensure that all cafes and designated Subject Matter Experts at each location are trained and execute the current core menu and seasonal offerings to the outlined standards.
An ideal candidate would reside in the Chicago, Columbus, Cincinnati, St Louis, Kansas City, or Denver market.
