Job summary

Tim Hortons Associates are sought to join our team in a fast-paced environment, delivering customer service while preparing beverages, sandwiches, and baked goods to Tim Hortons standards.

You will operate cash registers, maintain cleanliness, and follow food safety procedures. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to support hospital and Compass Group service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service or food service experience is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, sandwiches, baked goods, and other menu items according to Tim Hortons standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health & safety procedures.
• Restock products and supplies as needed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Support hospital and Compass Group service standards.
