DAILY ROTI PTE. LTD. in Nebraska is seeking an energetic Cafe & Pushcart Operations Associate to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines three days operating our signature waffle pushcart with three days delivering Front-of-House cafe service.

If you enjoy working with people, learning end-to-end food retail operations, and building a career in hospitality, we want to hear from you. No prior experience is required, and we sponsor a Food Hygiene Certificate if needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Waffle pushcart: prepare batter, toppings, and serve waffles.
• Cafe FOH: greet customers, take orders, process payments, and serve dishes.
• Hygiene & stock control: maintain cleanliness and report low stock items.

Job description

We looking for an energetic and versatile Cafe & Pushcart Operations Associate to join our growing team! This dynamic hybrid role offers the best of both worlds: 3 days running our signature waffle push cart and 3 days engaging in Front-of-House (FOH) cafe service.

What You Will Do

1. Waffle Pushcart (3 Days / Week)

• Prepare fresh waffle batter, toppings, and spreads.
• Cook crisp, delicious waffles using waffle irons.
• Take orders, handle payment, and manage the pushcart line.
• Keep the pushcart clean and well-stocked.

2. Cafe Front-of-House (3 Days / Week)

• Warmly welcome customers and answer menu questions.
• Take orders at the cashier register (POS) and take payments.
• Serve food and drinks to tables and clear dishes.
• Keep the dining area neat, clean, and welcoming.

3. Hygiene & Stock Control

• Follow simple food safety rules (wear gloves/apron).
• Clean and wipe down prep areas, irons, and tables regularly.
• Let management know when ingredients or cups/napkins are running low.
