Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
• Be an Expert: prepares food according to item specs, plans for seasonality, and adheres to safety and inventory standards.
• Be a Techie: uses handheld tech to drive sales, production decisions, and training.
• Be an Owner: drives area performance, stocks, quality, waste reduction, and customer service.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: acts as a brand advocate and supports training.
