Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Naples, Florida, seeks a Manager for Food & Beverage and Retail to lead across disciplines and deliver an exceptional guest experience at the Naples Beach Club. You will supervise service quality, staff training, and visual presentation, while coordinating with Purchasing on inventories and budget control.

The role requires excellent English communication and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations preferred.

Responsibilities

About the role:

We are looking for candidates with a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Food and Beverage and Retail team, the Manager works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.

The Naples Trading Company, part of the new Market Square, is the resort’s premier location for our guests to grab a fresh cup of coffee, house-made pastries, and anything else they may need for the day ahead. A great place for grab-and-go treats and picnic supplies as well as an unparalleled array of entertainment spanning all ages.

What you will do:

• Promote a warm friendly atmosphere among peers and staff, guests and residents, treating all with dignity, and respect.
• Execute company visual directives within given timeframes. Drive visual presentation and maintenance standards through effective staff training. Communicate merchandise issues, quality issues, and business drivers to the Director of Retail.
• Partner with the Purchasing Coordinator to ensure buying needs are met. Conduct weekly cycle counts on key items, such as liquor and sundries. Conduct weekly walk through of the shop with the Purchasing Coordinator.
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
