We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Café Manager to lead daily operations at a high-volume corporate dining facility in Boston, MA. This role is responsible for overseeing food service excellence, supervising front-line associates, and supporting financial and operational goals. Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead, hire, train, and coach café associates to deliver exceptional service

+ Manage day-to-day café operations, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction

+ Plan and execute café promotions and special events to drive engagement

+ Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and health standards

+ Monitor and manage operational budgets and cost controls

+ Identify opportunities to improve service, streamline processes, and grow the business

+ Support other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred

+ At least 2–3 years of relevant hospitality experience in foodservice or hospitality in a high-volume setting.

+ Background in corporate dining, country clubs, restaurants, hotels, is a plus

+ Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and food service equipment

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

+ ServSafe or local health certification preferred
