The Cafe Manager builds a healthy business and a positive culture within their cafes. They ensure operational needs are met while supporting and leading team members. The Cafe Manager demonstrates high responsibility, quality, ethics, and integrity.

Responsibilities
  1. People & Culture: Build and maintain team engagement, communicate proactively, foster trust, demonstrate compassion, set clear expectations, resolve conflicts, and coach team members.
  2. Beverage Quality: Ensure drink standards are met, coach baristas, collaborate on quality control, and promote coffee knowledge through regular cuppings.
  3. Health & Safety: Follow safety protocols, address safety issues promptly, complete health inspections, and maintain relevant certifications.
  4. Hospitality: Create a passionate hospitality environment, educate staff on La Colombe's mission, build guest relationships, and exceed guest expectations.
  5. Business Management: Curate the cafe experience, develop business strategies, manage schedules, handle payroll and admin tasks, review sales, and control costs.
