Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Retail Manager to lead a hospital café and retail food operation. If you’ve run a busy restaurant, you can translate those skills into healthcare with better hours, strong benefits, and room to grow.

We welcome leaders from restaurants, hotels, cafés, fast-casual, catering, and other high-volume hospitality backgrounds. No healthcare experience is required, just a track record of excellent guest service and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restaurant, retail food, hospitality, or foodservice leadership.
• Experience leading hourly teams.
• Strong knowledge of food cost, labor, inventory, and customer service.
• Ability to operate in a busy, high-volume environment.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• A degree is a plus.
