Job Summary

Retail Manager – Bring Your Restaurant Experience to Healthcare

We’re looking for a Retail Manager to lead a busy hospital café and retail food operation. Healthcare experience is not required. We’re interested in leaders coming from restaurants, hotels, cafés, fast-casual, catering, and other high-volume hospitality operations.

If you know how to run a restaurant, lead a team, control costs, and create a great guest experience, we can teach you healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of restaurant, retail food, hospitality, or foodservice leadership experience
• Experience leading and developing hourly teams
• Strong understanding of food cost, labor, inventory, and customer service
• Ability to operate in a busy, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Degree is a plus, but strong restaurant leadership experience matters
