Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day front-of-house café and espresso bar operations.

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and daily operational processes.
• Monitor financial performance and operate within established budgets.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service, efficiency, and overall café performance.
• Support reporting, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities using company systems and technology.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in a front-of-house supervisory or management role within food service, hospitality, café, restaurant, hotel, corporate dining, education, or a related environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members.
• Comfortable using computers and business technology to manage daily operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and guest service skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe Certification or local Department of Health Certification.
• Experience managing café, coffee bar, or corporate dining operations.
• Experience supporting budgets, inventory, or financial performance metrics.
