Bon Appétit Management Company seeks a Café Manager to lead the daily front-of-house operations for a Sony café and espresso bar, guiding a team of four associates and ensuring a welcoming guest experience. You will bridge café staff, culinary teams, and the client to uphold service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in front-of-house supervisory/management in food service or related environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service operations.
• Strong communication, organization and guest service skills.
• ServSafe Certification or local Health Certification.
• Experience supporting budgets, inventory, or financial performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in a front-of-house supervisory or management role within food service, hospitality, café, restaurant, hotel, corporate dining, education, or a related environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members.
• Comfortable using computers and business technology to manage daily operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and guest service skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe Certification or local Department of Health Certification.
• Experience supporting budgets, inventory, or financial performance metrics.
