Job summary

Howley Bread Group (HBG) seeks a Cafe Manager to lead daily café operations, supervise staff, and deliver an exceptional guest experience within our Connecticut location. The role emphasizes teamwork, service excellence, and maintaining safety standards.

You will partner with the General Manager to drive performance, manage budgets, and ensure high quality food and service while cultivating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to work full-time (40 hours) including nights and weekends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail, hospitality, or food service industry is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• This role requires full-time (40) flexible hours, including nights & weekends.
• While performing this job, the incumbent is regularly required to stand, sit, talk and hear in a loud environment.
