Job summary

Howley Bread Group (HBG) seeks a Cafe Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience in our Panera Bread bakery-café.

You will partner with the General Manager, drive customer service excellence, manage budgets, and uphold food safety and regulatory standards, while building a welcoming and high-performance work environment.

This full-time role requires 40 hours, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for advancement within HBG.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Full-time role at 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to stand, talk and hear in a loud environment.

• Compliance & Safety: Uphold the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail, hospitality, or food service industry is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• This role requires full-time (40) flexible hours, including nights & weekends.
• While performing this job, the incumbent is regularly required to stand, sit, talk and hear in a loud environment.
