Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for all-day menu including breakfast, lunch, catering and grab-and-go items.
• Cook, plate and present dishes during service, ensuring high standards of flavor and appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, sanitize stations and equipment.
• Assist in tracking and managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and café management to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Adhere to food safety standards and allergen awareness.
• Ensure dishes meet customer expectations and quality standards.
