Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen prep and production areas in a clean, neat and orderly manner
• Operate dish machines according to specifications and use proper detergents/sanitizers
• Restock supplies and ensure availability for cooks to meet customer expectations
• Keep dish room and kitchen clean, organized and sanitized throughout the shift
