Job summary

Fooda is hiring a Dining Associate in the San Francisco market. The role focuses on welcoming customers, delivering excellent service, and supporting daily cafe operations.

You will work Monday through Friday from 6am to 2pm, ensuring a clean, efficient, and friendly dining space within our rotating popup restaurant program. Previous food service and cashier experience is preferred, and you will be paid hourly with benefits including healthcare, vision, dental, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Able to handle cash and give accurate change.
• Comfortable using POS systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and maintain a positive cafe environment.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the space and dishes.
• Escalate issues to Director when needed to solve problems.
