Cafe Hollywood, located on the casino floor of Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, celebrates Hollywood with a fun, hip atmosphere that blends retro and modern designs. It features an incredible menu, a chic wine bar, and The Counter, which offers fresh pastries, coffee, gelato, and take-out options. Guests enjoy multimedia presentations of iconic Planet Hollywood moments, showcasing its 25-year history through high-energy videos, photography montages on 35 monitors, and a photo gallery of entertainment highlights.

The restaurant is open 24 hours, serving a diverse menu from all-day breakfast to late-night dinners. The wine bar offers over 40 varietals, with 24 available by the glass, along with a full bar and small plates. It’s an ideal spot for pre- or post-theater drinks, happy hour, or casual outings.

As a Busser, your responsibilities include facilitating food service, cleaning tables, carrying dishes, setting tables with linens and condiments, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Essential Functions

• Wipe tables and seats with damp cloths and replace tablecloths.
• Set tables with linens, condiments, and supplies.
• Scrape and stack dishes, carry them to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Clean spills, broken dishes, and remove trash.
• Assist in serving, cleaning, and stocking duties to support customer service.
• Maintain supplies like silverware, glassware, and linens.
• Refill condiment containers and locate items requested by customers.
• Transport food, dishes, and utensils from kitchens to serving areas.
• Assist wait staff in serving food when needed.
• Clean and polish counters, furniture, and equipment; mop and vacuum floors.
• Bus and reset tables efficiently and swiftly.
